IFS comes from the perspective and my experience is that all these parts want to keep you safe and have a fulfilling life. Often these parts can get in conflict with each other. These conflicts can result in mental health issues.

When these parts needs are addressed, they work in harmony. This harmony is managed by your core self. I help you listen to and address the needs of these parts. This transformed internal conversation gives you access to your parts without you internal life being chaotic.
